CANCELLATION POLICY

I realize that sometimes you need to change or cancel your appointment. In consideration to others I require 12 hours notice for cancellation or rebooking of your appointment time. Please note that charges will be incurred at a rate of 50% of the cost of your treatment for less than 12 hours notice and a rate of 1oo% for no shows.
